The other day, I found a boatload of left over mushrooms in the fridge. The result of a shopping expedition in Costco proportions for a family of 3. You can imagine.
So here’s what I did:
2 green onions and butter, because

Then add some of the boatload of mushrooms:
Cook them down:
Then combine mushroom mixture with a can of low sodium cream of mushroom soup. Heat. Serve. Crackers optional.
See? Didn’t I say that was the laziest soup ever?
I’d show you a picture of the soup but we ate it all.
